Injury Management
1. If you get an injury, stop the exercise immediately.
2. Seek medical assistance to find out how bad it is.
3. Don’t start your exercise again until the injury has healed.
R = Rest, I = Ice, C = Compression, E = Elevation
RICE technique has shown in research to have beneficial effects on reducing complications post-injury like swelling which delays healing.
Allow time for your body to heal. After a week or two of the RICE, techniques come and see the team at Wayne Rush Bodywork about recovering from your injury.
