Wayne Rush
Wayne’s life journey, as a hands-on therapy, started when he was recovering from spinal damage that occurred when he was 12 years old. His lifelong work has been with bodywork. He started his study as a Shiatsu practitioner at the New Zealand School of Shiatsu and qualified in October 1992. As a result he as been doing Shiatsu for over 35 years. With his wealth of knowledge in Health, Wellness, Exercise and Food science and huge experience as a therapist, Wayne is a very skilled practitioner.
Wayne is one of the few practitioners, who practices Ampuku, a traditional Japanese abdominal massage and still practices the art of traditional Japanese massage, Pure Shiatsu on a futon fully clothed.
